No too shabby for a chef that is allergic to shell fish. In an LA Time article from last year she stated she was very lucky operating a restaurant called The Lobster since she can never eat it. Makes one wonder where she gets her ambition to cook and serve lobster. Makes me wonder where she got her taste for bugs.
