Have to share an amusing story - we met a diver on a boat boat of Ventura (really nice guy) and I noticed that he wore an extraordinary amount of lead. In fact I've never seen blocks that big. After one of the dives he proudly told his instructor that he only flipped upside down once that day - apparently an improvement from past dives. He had so much weight on his back that he would actually roll over onto his back while swimming (think Filmore the turtle). The instructor just smiled.
