Latest CNS (City News Service) report is essentially correct.

Apparently happened off a private boat near Torqua Springs Saturday night. Diver (supposedly with a buddy) was down checking the anchor line, got hopelessly entangled, and drowned. (The assumption is that the regulator got knocked out of his mouth.) He was taken the the Chamber at the Isthmus, though, not Avalon (which doesn't have a Chamber). That's all I know so far.
