The sniper at Jenner who shot the young couple that was camping on the beach there exemplifies the psychopathology that are rampant in the USA; probably a couple of hundred all over the country at any given time.
Psychopathic behavior, according to academics, first manifests itself in animal cruelty.
Cosmic rays come blasting into the Earth's atmosphere and splits someone's genes. They have a kid who is mentally off. Then you get first cruelty to animals and finally serial murders. Good reason for either more prisons or capital punishment.
If you see it, you need to tip off the authorities. If you read about it, then don't be too surprised. C'est la vive.
