I am a DAN member, but I do have a negative story about them. A friend came into the shop I worked at and said he thought he may have gotten bent. I gave him the O2 we had in the shop and called DAN. They put me on hold for more than twenty minutes. I finally hung up and drove him to Long Beach Memorial, where they put him into one of their tubes. He was able to get things settled with DAN the next day, but it was very frustrating waiting on the phone for someone who could have taken their lunch break for all I knew.
