Paint stripper, which you can get at any hardware store, has phosphoric acid in it, and that would clean a bottle really quickly as well.
You will need a brass bottle brush, to clean the inside. Plastic bottle brushes won't work since paint stripper would melt the plastic.
Make sure you wear plastic gloves, and don't splash any in your eyes or face.
If you splash it on your clothes, it will burn holes in them.
