I found an example of shallow water diving in California.... from that rock to the beach. Are their many areas like that in Southern California? In areas like that can you see any fish or is it just sand and water? i still can't believe that if the water on average does not get too much below 60 degrees, and if its above 15 feet below, then probably does not get below 60 dewrees, there isnot some sort of coral (besides hydrocoral and that cup coral). Like one that is out of place but growing there. No one has come across something like that?
