When a larger fish or seal (or diver) is hunting in their territory, the largest male will seek them out show himself in a display behavour. That natural instinct makes them vulnerable to any amoral hunter with a speargun. I have seen them put on this display dozens of times, that's when i get my best pictures. i have also seen them display in the presence of Soupfin sharks.
When people choose to kill the most important and beautiful inhabitants of our shared ocean wilderness, we ALL suffer the loss. It degrades the environment and in turn, the experience for all others. It is an act of total selfishness.
