One of my buddies is a fishkiller...I mean spearfisherman. One day we were making two dives on a local wreck in an attempt to remove netting smothering the wreck and get some pictures of the Wolfeels there. Near the end of the second dive, Brian borrowed my shears and headed back to the netted section. There he held a large ling under his arm while he cut the net to free it. As it swam free, I was amazed that he would not only help the fish, but that he didn't try to carry it to the surface under his arm.
