I've dived the Avalon about a dozen times and never got to see all of the bow at once like that. Great vis! The first time I dove it I found a spot on the portside that had very little algae growth. I rubbed it and was surprised to see the old white paint still underneath the growth. I always wondered if the Avalon name was still on her, but didn't want to remove any of the full growth just for a picture.
