Tools do not have to be heated to use tool dip.
But the right stuff is Aquaseal and Cotol. First
coat should be about 2 parts Aqualseal, 1 part
Cotal. Ssecond coat 3 parts Aquaseal, 1 part Cotal.
But there's a pretty good chance the leak is else
where. How many dives on the boots?
