Frank, you will need to right click on the image in momentoffame and go down to "properties" to get the URL for your image. It will look like:
http://momentoffame.com/photopost/data/500/723IMAG0073-med.jpg
Using the angle brackets around the following code:
img src="http://momentoffame.com/photopost/data/500/723IMAG0073-med.jpg"
should get you (crossing my fingers and holding my breath):
