I'll forward the email you sent off-list to Dale Glantz to see if he has any supply left. If he does, it's very little -- as he said he was down to the end a year ago when we did the second mass sale of his maps on Divebums.
Another thought would be making our own... I know a really good mapping guy who's got all the data (new bathymetry, historical kelp coverage, etc)... just need to convince him to make a map!
