Nope. That was the first thing I thought as well. But I'm pretty sure these lobsters met with foul play. Ran accross the same scene at Eagle Reef the W/E before the opening of lobster season. There were quite a few heads there too. We were pretty sure then as well. My dive buddy called the DFG the following Monday.
