I remember as a kid. Going fishing in the local creek with M-80'. I was never evil enough to flush them down the toilet at school and blow up the piping ;-)
All fireworks are illegal where I live. They are taking all the fun of the July 4th and blowing stuff up.
I am still against bombing seals. This is only a temporary fix for a much bigger problem.
