Yup I am retiring the 'ol divewagon. She was there for nearly every dive. Rightly so since she was a real boat.
Just between us she was a lousy platform for diving. No flat spot to hoist your tank on to. She drank a lot (gas). People would either harass me for driving her or try to buy her.
Tanks were always rolling around in her.
The memories were great. This is the car I got my drivers test in. It took two tries. I had my first date in her. I got my first (censored) in her.
Her last role was as a divewagon.
Now I have a Toyota SUV. I am ok with the SUV thing since it will be used actually as a sport vehicle. Went down to the LDS and they noticed it already had a lot of mud on the side. I didn't want to wait for some soccer mom to give it the first new car dent. so I went out and got my own.
And it is a heckuva lot easier as DUV diver uteran vehickle.
(That is a rolley thing that bares divers)
