Some sites such as momentoffame and some of the other BBS's offer an upload utility that makes it easy to move pics from a folder on your harddrive to the site. This may work better for you if you prefer to stick with high-level tools.
Other sites such as diver.net give you a folder that you can FTP the pictures into. Most any of the web design packages have a feature that will automatically FTP the changes in your page to the server when you "publish". Even if you're not using a web design package, you can FTP pretty easily these days with IE.
I stuck those pics on my page at diver.net and Phil linked to them from this BBS. The original URL is http://diver.net/ross/temp/index.htm
Email Chris and ask if he's still extending his offer of free web space. If so, you'll get a folder on his diver.net server that you can FTP your pics into.
