They screwed up their numbers and posted in degrees when they meant to post in degrees & minutes. I'm sure they intended to write N33 35.901 W118 15.838 since this is exactly what is in Spiras Book. There appears to be some nice deep reef around that location ;-) They're also wrong about the depth since the corrected coords are in about 275' of water.
