momentoffame.com question

I've registered my u/w pics with momentoffame.com, logged in with user name and password, I have My Gallery, but I'm not accepted to post on their message board or forums. Anyone know why? Can't e-mail the forums moderator unless logged on but can't log on. A real catch 22.
