I wonder, supposing Mr. Schmocker had pets and these same juveniles one night jumped the fence into his back yard and mercilessly hacked up his dogs and left them to die, would he say the same thing? The fact that he characterizes the actions by the juveniles as mere "mischief" reflects his ignorance of the psychopathological nature of their actions and what they could evolve into down the road should these kids continue on the same path.
