some years ago i was told that lobsters have copper based blood even though the natural occurence of copper in the sea is negligible. If they grab copper by nature, who knows what heavy metal they may also store in their bodies?
When you order lobster in a local restaurant, you don't know if it was taken inside LA harbor or somewhere on the outside.
