Copper is an essential nutrient in humans - too little in the diet causes problems as does too much. If you look at the label on your multivitamin bottle, you will see that the tablets contain some copper.
I doubt that eating lobster several times a week will have any detrimental effects unless you have an underlying health problem or are taking medications.
