Help needed with Flash file (swf.) conversion , Komodo underwater video

I know this is off topic but I am working on my Komodo dive video from August of this year and I need a flash file ( swf. )converted to avi. Any one out their that can do this for me? it would be much appreciated. I do not want to buy the conversion software for a one time need. Thank you , dawhale
