Here is my two cents...fins...I LOVE my Apollo Bio-fins. Split fins...very flexible and absolutely NO ankle fatigue. I have the Scuba Pro Twin jets also, but I like the Apollo alot better for CA diving. I also love the Oceanic Datamax Pro Plus 2. If you want to go on to Nitrox, it's nitrox compatible. It's easy to use, and not so conservative that you get your bottom times cut short. It was a great buy and one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I have an Oceanic Delta regulator..it's just so-so. The new back inflatable BC's are nice, SeaQuest Balance (or the Diva for women) are two. You can get a combination low pressure inflator/backup regulator (Instead of the traditional "octopus") that eliminates one extra hose. Since my octo was constantly coming unhooked and trailing...and free-flowing...that was a nice investment. Happy diving!
