It's too far to get to from shore, os boat access only. The DFG coordinates will put you in the area. It's a big place with lots of quarry rock, pier pilings, pieces of freeway (quake damage), scattered over a sand bottom at about 60 feet. There are lots of fish, inverts, etc.
