Just returned from a twilight dive at Redondo...entry at 4:30 PM...surf was a mighty 6 inches (maybe a foot). Vis was pretty clear, about 30 plus feet between 15 to 50 foot depth, and dropped to 10 to 15 ft as we got into deeper water (80 ft) in the canyon. H2O temp 57 F at depth.
