I printed my own too. Then I found that I would just use a small $1.50 spiral note pad with an old drivers license attached. I only log the dive number, dive time and depth. My buddy and location and boat. I list anything interesting and a general opinion of the event. On the facing page I draw a small map, a haiku or a cartoon of a fish.
I leave all the tech stuff to my computer to remember for repeat dives.
Recently I read through some old ones. It was fun remembering.
