I have been blessed with dives to all your listed sites plus others like Wilsons, Richardson's, Farnsworth, and a couple of places I can't talk about.
As for Osborn, I fished it a bunch growing up, but never dived it. Shallowest depth that I can recall was about 140. Back then, it was usually good fishing, and always lots'o sharks. I never really had the urge to jump that area. But who knows? Maybe someday.
