I made up my own dive log pages with the info I
want, and print them on waterproof laser printer
paper. The info I want:

Dive Number
Date
Site
Lat/Lon
Bottom Time
Max Depth
Mix
Open Circuit or Rebreather
Rebreather Oriface
Camera
Lens
Roll number
Space to write any ad hoc info.

Here's what an older version of my page looked
like: http://www.garlic.com/~triblet/logbook2.pdf

When I do slide shows, people are always asking
where a picture was taken, and whether it was a
night dive. Since the roll number is referenced
back to the dive number, I can answer.

And it's fun to know how many dives you have done.
