There is a vacant lot. Where the ground will not support a building. So it most likely will still be vacant. I haven't been there for many years. You can see from Malibu on your left to Laguna Beach on your right. With all of the greater Los Angeles in front of you. The grandeur of this view can only be fully experienced after a recent rain and at night for full impact.
I don't really care much for Southern California, but there are some really special places with special memories for me.
I am going to pass on that palm tree site to my wife. She loves palms, I prefer oaks and pines laced with waterfalls.
