I still can't believe how the weather cleared up for the Rose Parade on Saturday. But, as I do every year, I went to a spot near the end of the route (I leave my place in Westwood at 8:45AM and park about 5 blocks from the parade route) and had a dandy time.
And it was really nice to see that a couple of the floats (most notably the US Coast Guard and the City of Long Beach ones) had underwater themes going for them.
