You can also get another dramatic decrease in swim resitance by dumping the wing. It works best with an old fashioned backpack, but also works with a tech back plate.
There have been many horror stories of dismal customer service, poor quality control, and not delivering when promised. That is why some large dealers have dropped them in favor of others. I'm glad you had a good experience.
