On Wednesday January 5th, 2005 a couple were walking alone the Northern Coast of California, when they witnessed a gruesome sight. As they commented, "It was like a scene out of Jaws. The animals were just in the water about 5 of them when all of a sudden there was a large splash. We all looked out at once to see a large fish, I guess it had to be a shark lunge at the animals and one of the smallest ones just disappeared. We were terrified. I looked to my wife and wondered what would have happened if that had been one of our children".
Because of this unprecedented attack, and never before that any one can remember, the DFG has shut down 26 miles of coastal waters until a full investigation can be made.
DFG goes on the state that all Mooses or anyone who knows any Mooses should stay well clear of any ocean waters. It seems that the "Great White" in question has now developed a taste for the said beast. So if you are a Moose; "Be AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID".
Disclaimer: if this bears any resemblance to any, it is purely intentional.
