I've been meaning to write up my gear list. I figured I could give you that and tell you to look at my last dive report (Rosa) and critique them. You like calling me a dinasaur, but I bet that really there is little for you to critique even by your standards. Uh, you can leave solo part out since that's a pretty moot point.
Nitrox when available
BP & Wing
Weight belt - keeps the weight low which is essential for me.
Snorkel - I use most dives
Sausage in pocket
Goody bag on belt hook
Camera on clip on D Ring.
Poney bottle with bungied second stage.
Console for all gauges.
Computer to mostly be ignored for other than depth. I know my deco before I enter the water.
I use Leopomis' deco protocols.
And here is one anyone can wretch at if they want, but I think it is cool. Instead of a crotch strap (seems a bit clumsey) I wear my shoulder straps tight enough to have the tank ride real firm. It is comfortable, but it does require a one foot piece of rope attached to my D ring for removal of the shoulder strap. It works real well when I have to get off my tank in the water before getting on a small boat.
Fire away if you can find a target...
Enjoy the diving, seahunt

Yah, I want more wrecks up here. The Iron Eagle seems big enough to do the job well.
