Captain Tim,

I don't know about the legalities of whether DFG can board your boat if you refuse but it seems to me that by resisting a boarding by DFG, you'd be inviting intense scrutiny in the future which could affect your business. Why raise suspicion of misdeeds, especially if none have been committed? Let em look and be done. If your boat was constantly searched because of resistance, it could grow old with the paying passengers, no?

They're just doing their job, enforcing our laws and protecting our resources. Mutual cooperation can go a long on both sides.
