You make a blanket statement about if one is a commercial passenger vessel, if someone on board is taking game, then DFG has rights, but you offer no proof.
Using your analogy, you have a mouth and an anus, therefore you are subject to search because you could use such appurtenances to commit crimes of male prostitution, or because you have a penis, your home is subject to search because you are equipped to commit sex acts with little boys.
I suggest you conduct a rudumentary education on legal doctrines called "prior restraint".
