That is the same BC I bought when I started out.
It is a big clunker of a rig that is way to much bulk for regular single tank diving and not really adequate for tech diving. It's a tech wannabe for guys who need to look cool on a dive boat that are just doing single tank dives.
Get a backplate and wing or go with a simple jacket or back inflate bc and save your money.
