I stayed on the island in 1999 and dove with Borneo Divers. Truly a great beach dive. My wife loves sea turtles and she was in turtle heaven. Its ok with me they shut the resorts down. The dive area around Sipadan is small and has been on the decline for years as a result of the on island resorts pollution. Borneo Divers has built a new resort near by and last I checked was only $1000 a week all inclusive. The muck diving in this area is also vary good. Those who know me know I am a big fan of diving in Malaysia and Indonesia. The diving is awesome and a great value. I am headed back to Komodo & Irian Jaya in 2006. dawhale
