If you always diver EAN 35, then you never need a decompression algorithm and therefore a dive computer would be unnecessary. For diving in the range of 100 ft or less, EAN 35 keeps your equivalent air depth shallower than 65 ft.
When you equivalent air depth is shallower than 65 feet, you can dive as many dives in a day as you want, as long as you keep a 1 hour surface interval between dives.
A Uwatec bottom timer runs about $150 to $195 depending on dive store sales. That is the best deal you could ever find.
