The sportsman gets caught,$1000.00 fine for a lobster 1/8 of a inch too small, maybe made a mistake in measuring it...A Captain on a charter boat in front of passengers shoots 5 seals and only gets a 50 day suspended sentence and no fine.
Does that make sense?
