You can't really blame poor Dan. Anyone here would do the same thing, especially upon your lawyer's promptings.
If it goes to trial, it should be a facinating affair.
This is when everyone is going to wish they have properly filled out waivers.
This will be a good lesson for everyone here on how insurance and waivers work, or dont work, as the case may be.
