I used to have a pool membership. They took out the diving boards saying that the insurance was too expensive if they kept them. The place had a great swim team, but oops.... no diving team anymore. I gave up my membership and decided to spend my time in the ocean instead.
It isn't just the insurnace that pays when the legal system goes amiss.
