The DM after not doing a physical roll, puts everyone in for the second dive, he sees a hole in his slate, thinks opps I must have missed him and ticks him off. Thats why everyone was looking for a body at the second site and not a diver at the first. Diver wins case closed.
So no matter how much of an ass this guy is, how do you get cancer in a thick fog, or how bad of a diver he is, the DM cost everyone big.
