This drifting dumba$$ forgot to sue the main group! The equipment manufactures! If he truly got cancer in 5 hours, there is something wrong with his exposure procetion or mask. Maybe neoprene causes cancer or the lead in his weightbelt. You know lead is known by the state of California... Maybe the lens of the mask created super exposure to the sun???
All of this aside, all he is doing is hurting the sport. I think he should be refunded his money for the trip, but a lawsuit against everyone is rediculous. The only person that he should be able to go after is the DM who screwed up.
