Thanks for the useful information and suggestions. I will try them next. The spot heat treatment heat might work, but the strobes are plastic and warping is a big issue so any major heat is out.
Thanks so much. It is major corrosion. I have to get it cleaned up or the stress is probably going to break the plastic at some point ($600 - ouch). Everything about salt water is great - except for issues like this.
