Anyway, the diver involved is doing fine though I'm sure they would have prefered not to spend the afternoon in a steel tube.
The lesson for the day is that IP creep can be pretty darn dangerous; in this case leading to a spontaneous and very rapid auto inflation of the wing right after first gas switch. Being close to the harbor (Mile Buoy) it was decided to take them back in for treatment rather than having them descend to finish the deco.
