I'm sure Dan's legal rep will charge "gross negligence" on the part of the DM and Ray. If so, that will negate Dan's signed waiver(s). Yeah, most likely an out-of-court settlemnet by insurance and higher premiums for ALL DM's and charter boat skippers resulting in increased rates for all of us. The ripple effect of lawsuits.
What check-in procedure did the DM use before Ray moved the boat from the rig location? And how come all the divers except Dan were able to fin back to the boat from the rig?
"Drifting Dan": soon to be a network or cable movie-of-the-week. Any casting suggestions for the "bad guys"?
