I'm not arguing that point. Once again, and please pay attention... THE DM AND CAPTAIN ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVING DAN! What upsets me and others who are looking at the entire incident is the fact that Dan took no responsibility for his own safety and after being rescued, he took no responsibility for his own actions. He will probably make out pretty well on his lawsuit, but I wish just once he would say,"I made a few errors."
