I disagree. You are painting with far to broad a brush. I believe the best instructors are ones who have done real dives for years, not just gone straight through their instructor trading without many 100's of dives as a prerequisite. Although PADI seems to be the worst agency about giving people instructor status whom can barley dive, other agencies hands are not without tarnish.
I believe and instructor should have many dives under their belt, and not training dives, but real dives in advanced conditions. It is because Dalia meets these conditions that I recommend people to learn diving from her without qualms.
