24 dives by his statements...diving the rigs over what at least for him was a dive site with no bottom in cold green California waters is FAR different than diving the clear warm water of Fiji with a reef hook.
This guy had no business being on that boat, he knew it but thought someone would take care of him.
Even if he was qualified for the dive, he still should step up and take responsibility for HIS actions...
